About the exhibition
CGOT Expo, the China Grain & Oil Technology Expo, is a professional B2B trade exhibition covering the grain, edible oil, processing, machinery and industrial technology value chain. It brings together products, equipment, technologies and industry professionals in one sourcing environment in Zhengzhou, China.
Now entering its sixth edition, the exhibition has developed across five previous editions, bringing together more than 1,500 grain and oil industry companies and nearly 100 international purchasing delegations. The 2026 edition will take place from 20–22 November at the Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center.
Unlike a general food exhibition, CGOT Expo connects multiple stages of the grain and oil value chain in one place, from finished products and raw materials to processing machinery, storage, packaging, automation and industrial technology.
For international buyers, CGOT Expo provides direct access to China’s grain and oil industry, from manufacturers and processors to machinery suppliers and technology companies.
Who attends
More than 600 exhibitors are expected for the 2026 edition, representing companies across grain and edible oil products, milling and processing machinery, storage and conveying, packaging, automation, quality control, digital technologies and related industrial services. The exhibition also includes an international trade and cooperation area connecting Chinese suppliers with overseas buyers, trade organisations and companies from markets linked to the grain and oil industry.
Who attends
More than 30,000 professional visitors are expected, including distributors, importers, wholesalers, processors, mill operators, food and feed manufacturers, institutional buyers, procurement professionals, retailers, technology buyers, research organisations and industry associations. International buyers, overseas grain and oil traders, foreign business associations and cross-border supply-chain companies also form part of the exhibition’s target audience.
